College basketball coach and mentor, Bob Foley has passed away suddenly. In a social media publication by Dottie Morgan, Bob was confirmed dead. The native of Richmond, Virginia died tragically, leaving many devastated by his sudden loss. He will always be missed by all those who knew him during the course of his life and career. Everyone is urged to keep his wife Louise, their children, and grandchildren in their thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this difficult time of grief.

Bob Foley worked at Bob Foley Next Level Basketball and was a president at Bob Foley Next Level Basketball. He Studied Sports Leadership at VCU. He attended Monsignor Bonner High School where he completed his secondary education. Bob Foley was a native of Havertown, Pennsylvania but later moved to Richmond, Virginia where he lived with his lovely wife, Louise Leimkuhler Foley until the time of his death.

Bob was an excellent coach and teacher, pushing the bounds of sports through the values he showed and taught at Bob Foley Next Level Basketball and through his career being a college coach. The memories he shared were not only endless, they also live rent free in the hearts and minds of many students who were privileged to sit under his trainings and tutorship. Being a family man, Bob spent quality time with his kids and partner, Louise. He also extended his attitude of love and support to his community where he known for his unique personality.
The Virginia Coaching community has indeed lost a great one whose life and legacy will be carried on by many who knew and learnt from him. Obituary and funeral arrangements will be released in due time. Meanwhile, please keep the family in your prayers.
