Randy Price of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 4. His family announced the news of his passing on social media. When he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer over ten years ago, the prognosis that was given to him was one year left to live. Over the course of these last years, he has been battling a number of health issues, and he has shown again and time again (and time again) that he is a miracle.
Price was a native of Lansing, Michigan, and he went to Eastern High School (Michigan) and studied at Ferris State University. He worked as a Radio Personality mornings at 103.9 The Boot Country Radio
In lieu flowers, we are asking that people make a gift to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in his honor. These donations will be accepted. Because he would host the group’s annual radio fundraising drive year after year, he would raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for children and families who were struggling financially. This was an organization that he held very close to his heart. Using the link provided below, you will be able to make a gift in his honor.
Due to the fact that they are grieving, the family requested privacy at this time. The memorial preparations are still being worked out.
